All products are quality-checked before shipping. Upon receiving your order, please record an unboxing video — this serves as proof in case any issue arises during delivery.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
After verification, if the issue is found to be genuine, a replacement (not refund) may be provided at our discretion.
